Ok so new year, new routine, new outlook. New appreciation for the world of YOU. To kick things off I want to share with you some ways to help you truly love, yourself.
So, here are 10 ways to self-love in 2017.
- Spend more time in nature. Hit up the park. Go for a walk, look around you.
- Buy yourself a plant. Don’t forget to water it.
- Moisturise. You’ll thank yourself when you are 50.
- Cut down on your caffeine intake.
- Let go of comparison to others.
- Each night before bed write in your gratitude journal.
- Start and end the day with five minutes of meditation. Ommmmm.
- Stand up straight and tall.
- Have a social media detox. Shut off your email and phone for an hour a day.
- Self-love mantra: “I am enough. I have enough. I do enough”
So, there you have it! These are all things I do, or have done in the past and know that they give you an extra dose of self-love.
