10 ways to self-love in 2017.






Ok so new year, new routine, new outlook. New appreciation for the world of YOU. To kick things off I want to share with you some ways to help you truly love, yourself.

So, here are 10 ways to self-love in 2017.


  1. Spend more time in nature. Hit up the park. Go for a walk, look around you.
  2. Buy yourself a plant. Don’t forget to water it.
  3. Moisturise. You’ll thank yourself when you are 50.
  4. Cut down on your caffeine intake.
  5. Let go of comparison to others.
  6. Each night before bed write in your gratitude journal.
  7. Start and end the day with five minutes of meditation. Ommmmm.
  8. Stand up straight and tall.
  9. Have a social media detox. Shut off your email and phone for an hour a day.
  10. Self-love mantra: “I am enough. I have enough. I do enough”

So, there you have it! These are all things I do, or have done in the past and know that they give you an extra dose of self-love.
